Microsoft 365 Power Automate is included in most M365 plans. Zapier starts around £15/month. n8n we self-host for around £20/month. We tell you up front what the running cost will be, so it is never a surprise.
Yes. Often a flow has been built by an ex-employee or a previous consultant and nobody knows how it works. We can audit, document, fix and take over maintenance from £150.
Every flow we build has error handling and notification baked in. If it fails, you get a Teams or email notification and we get one too. Because we built it, we can usually fix a failure within the hour during working hours.
Yes. For businesses that want to build their own flows, we run a half-day Power Automate or n8n training session for £400. By the end of it your team can build straightforward flows themselves.
It depends on the data and the platform. For anything sensitive (patient records, financial data, any special category data under GDPR) we strongly prefer self-hosted n8n or bespoke code, not third-party SaaS connectors. We will recommend the right platform for your data, not the cheapest.
