§ 01Build · Automations

If you do it every week, we can probably automate it.

Microsoft 365 Power Automate, Zapier, n8n and bespoke integrations for small businesses across Kent. We audit the process first, build the right flow on the right platform, document it for humans.

§ 02Ideas that earn their keep

The kinds of automation small businesses actually use.

These are the flows we build most often. Yours might not be on the list. The pattern is the same: identify a manual job, replace it with a reliable one that nobody has to remember.

  • · 01

    Lead capture to CRM

A new contact form submission lands in your CRM, sends you a Teams notification and triggers a follow-up email two days later if you have not replied yet.

Saves the lead you forgot about because Monday got busy.

  • · 02

    Invoice and reminder loops

Send invoices on a schedule, chase overdue ones with polite reminders, mark paid when the bank transfer comes in. All without you remembering.

Saves you about half a day a month chasing payments.

  • · 03

    Bookings to calendar to email

A new booking from your website creates a calendar entry, sends the customer a confirmation, sends you a Teams ping and the day before sends a reminder text.

Saves no-shows, double-bookings and "did I confirm that?"

  • · 04

    Email-to-spreadsheet pipelines

Incoming order emails are parsed and rows added to a master sheet. New supplier prices update a pricing table. Receipts get filed in the right Drive folder by category.

Saves the manual copy-paste between systems that nobody enjoys.

  • · 05

    Document and PDF generation

Fill in a simple form, get a branded PDF quote, contract or report in your inbox in twenty seconds. The template only ever changes once.

Saves "I just need to copy last week's and change the figures."

  • · 06

    Cross-system sync

Customer data updates in one place and the other systems catch up automatically. Stock counts, prices, contact details, anything that has to match in two places at once.

Saves "but it was right in the other system" arguments.

§ 03Platforms we use

The right tool for the job.

No religious attachment to any one platform. We pick what suits your existing stack, your data and your budget.

  • · 01

    Microsoft 365 Power Automate

The default for businesses already on Microsoft 365. Cheap, well-integrated with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Forms. Most small business automations live here.

Best for: M365 businesses, internal flows, document handling.

  • · 02

    Zapier and Make

Off-the-shelf connectors between hundreds of common SaaS tools. Fast to set up, sensible monthly cost, no code required for the simple stuff.

Best for: connecting popular SaaS apps you already pay for.

  • · 03

    n8n (self-hosted)

Open-source automation we host for you. The right choice when your data is sensitive, when Zapier's per-task pricing gets expensive, or when you want everything in one place.

Best for: high-volume flows, sensitive data, GDPR-conscious teams.

  • · 04

    Bespoke scripts and webhooks

When the off-the-shelf tools cannot do the job, we write the connection from scratch in Node.js or Python, host it and look after it.

Best for: unusual APIs, legacy systems, one-off jobs.

§ 04Pricing

What an automation typically costs.

Roughly. The exact number depends on what platform we use, how many systems are involved and how messy the existing process is.

· 01

£250

Simple flow

A single trigger to a couple of actions. Built, tested and documented. Example: form submission to Teams notification + spreadsheet row.

· 02

£500 – £1,200

Medium flow

Multiple steps, conditional logic, error handling. Example: booking flow with calendar, email confirmation, reminders and a Stripe deposit.

· 03

day rate

Automation programme

Audit your business top to bottom, identify what is worth automating, build the flows in priority order. Quoted per day after the discovery call.

§ 05Questions

Things small businesses ask before commissioning automation work.

  • A.01

Two simple rules: it has to happen at least weekly, and it has to take at least 20 minutes. If both are true, automation usually pays back in under three months. We will run that maths with you in the discovery call.

  • A.02

Microsoft 365 Power Automate is included in most M365 plans. Zapier starts around £15/month. n8n we self-host for around £20/month. We tell you up front what the running cost will be, so it is never a surprise.

  • A.03

Yes. Often a flow has been built by an ex-employee or a previous consultant and nobody knows how it works. We can audit, document, fix and take over maintenance from £150.

  • A.04

Every flow we build has error handling and notification baked in. If it fails, you get a Teams or email notification and we get one too. Most failures we fix within an hour because we built it.

  • A.05

Yes. For businesses that want to build their own flows, we run a half-day Power Automate or n8n training session for £400. By the end of it your team can build straightforward flows themselves.

  • A.06

It depends on the data and the platform. For anything sensitive (patient records, financial data, anything covered by special category GDPR) we strongly prefer self-hosted n8n or bespoke code, not third-party SaaS connectors. We will recommend the right platform for your data, not the cheapest.
