A plain-English summary of the terms that apply when you book IT support work from us.

These terms apply when you book IT support work from KentTechSupport, whether as a home user, sole trader or small business in Kent.

  • § 01 · Quotes and pricing

    We provide a clear estimate before any work starts. For per-hour or per-session work, we will let you know if the job is likely to take longer than first estimated, before we run over.

  • § 02 · Payment

    Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within seven days of the invoice for one-off jobs, and at the start of the month for monthly support plans.

  • § 03 · Cancellation

    You can cancel a booked appointment up to 24 hours in advance without charge. After that we may charge a small fee to cover lost time.

  • § 04 · Liability

    We take care with your data and devices. We are not liable for pre-existing faults with hardware, software or third-party services. We always recommend you have a recent backup before any significant work.

  • § 05 · Changes

    These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
