For reference, many national chains charge £80 to £99 per hour with a separate callout fee on top, and local IT firms often add £10 to £50 for travel. We charge from £75 a visit with reasonable local travel included, no callout fee and no fix, no fee.

Plans are priced per user, per month, so you only pay for the people you have. Just you or a couple of you? The flat Sole Trader plan is usually the best value. Every plan is monthly with one month's notice, move up or down as the business changes.

§ Larger projects
By written proposal
Got something bigger in mind?
For larger projects, office moves, full Microsoft 365 migrations and whole-property Wi-Fi installs, we put together a clear written proposal. Fixed prices where we can, and a sensible day rate where it makes more sense.
If we look at your tech and we cannot get it working, you do not pay for the labour. We diagnose the problem, tell you straight what we think, and if it cannot be fixed you walk away owing nothing for our time. Any parts or third-party callouts are quoted separately and only billed with your written agreement before we start.

They are starting points. We confirm a clear estimate before any work starts, including travel where it applies. If a job is likely to run longer than expected we let you know first.
A.03
Reasonable local travel within Kent is included in the standard rates. For visits at the very edge of our area we agree any extra travel up front, so there are no surprise additions on the invoice.
A.04
Bank transfer or card after the job is done for one-off work. For monthly support plans, payment is by direct debit or standing order at the start of each month.

If you need help most months it usually works out cheaper than paying per session, and you get priority response. If you only call us a few times a year, pay-as-you-go is the sensible choice.

Yes. There is no long contract. You can cancel a monthly plan with one calendar month's notice.
