The Microsoft pricing page has 20 rows. Most of them do not matter to you.
The official Microsoft 365 plan comparison table is exhaustive in a way that is not actually helpful. Five plans, twenty-five features, cryptic licence names. We pick the right one for a small business in roughly thirty seconds because we know what actually matters: do you need installed apps, do you need email, how big is the team, and do you handle sensitive data.
This picker asks those same five questions and lands you on the right plan. It is not a replacement for a proper conversation, but it gets you 80 percent of the way there without leaving the page.

Prices reflect Microsoft's published UK SMB pricing and may change. Annual commitments usually save 15 to 20 percent over the monthly figure. Educational and non-profit pricing is available separately, lower again. Ask us if either applies.
