Your team starts the week on the new system. We are available on standby for the first day to sort anything that comes up.
That timeline is for a straightforward email move. Two things change it. Larger migrations (50+ mailboxes, complex shared mailboxes, or domains spread across several providers) take longer, and full DNS propagation can run on for 24 to 72 hours, so we keep both systems live through the switch and nothing is missed. And if you want the tenant properly secured, with Conditional Access, multi-factor rollout across the team, Intune device management and data-loss or compliance policies, that is a separate piece of work we phase over several weeks rather than days: each policy is switched on carefully and watched before the next. We scope it honestly and confirm the timeline in writing before any work begins.
