    Usually a mix of thick walls, distance from the router and the router sat in a daft spot. A short site survey shows where the dead zones are and what kit will fix it.

    Sometimes. For larger or awkward layouts, a mesh or a couple of access points often works better than one router. We help you pick what suits, without selling you more than you need.

    Yes, for sensible small jobs. For bigger cabling work we partner with trusted local electricians, so it is done neatly and to standard.

    Yes. We set up a separate guest network with its own password and proper isolation from your main systems. Useful for cafés, shops, surgeries and small offices.

    We can test the line, check the router and tune the setup, but we are not your broadband provider. If the line genuinely is not delivering what it should, we will tell you and help you switch to something better.
