For multi-phase platforms, complex integrations or large mobile apps, we put together a phased written proposal. Each phase has its own fixed price and milestone, so you keep control and we keep momentum.

They are starting points. After a free discovery call we give you a fixed-price quote for the full project. The price you sign off is what you pay, unless the scope materially changes (and even then, only after we have agreed it with you in writing).

No. The monthly maintenance plans are optional. That said, most projects benefit from one, particularly for security updates and small content changes. You can also subscribe later if your needs change.
You do, from day one. Everything is set up in your name. If we ever stop working together, you keep everything and can take it elsewhere without difficulty.
Hosting is included in the monthly maintenance plans and we handle the technical side completely. You do not have to think about it, but if you ever want to host it yourself, we will hand it over cleanly.
A small website is two to four weeks. A typical web app is eight to sixteen weeks. A mobile app is twelve to twenty weeks plus a discovery phase. We share a realistic timeline in the proposal and stick to it.
